In this 30 minute consultation I will identify obstacles holding you back from being the best version of yourself. We will go over what your goals are and the expectations for each of the services provided. I will go over the details of your day to day routine to explore areas to best maximize your results.

                Strength Assessment

​

The strength assessment will involve assessing range of motion at each joint level including shoulders, hips, knees and ankles. All assessments will be done virtually and will not require equipment. (Will require a webcam or phone camera and access to Zoom) In person assessment is available for an additional fee.

               Lifestyle Assessment

 

In a lifestyle assessment we will go over the challenges you face on a day to day basis that keep you from being physically active and/or mentally engaged in your daily life. We will dive into the emotional and mental cages that restrict you from living the best positively abundant life possible.

               Meal Prep Assessment

 

In the meal prep assessment I will look over your daily eating habits and find areas where you can enjoy foods that are nutritious, affordable, and serve the highest version of yourself by fueling your body and mind with the vitamins and minerals needed to perform at an optimum level.
